Enthusiasts could not come to terms with this injustice. And so, the developer ADeltaX reported on his Twitter page about the found way to install Google Play services and the Google Play store in the Windows Subsystem for Android. In essence, this opens up the possibility of installing almost any Android application on a Windows 11 computer.

Recall that Android applications can work side by side with regular Windows applications, multitasking is supported with switching between applications using the Alt-Tab key combination, displaying in Task View (Task View), the ability to pin applications to the Start menu and the taskbar, display notifications in Windows Action Center, the ability to use the clipboard between Windows and Android applications.
