The Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) database has become the first source of information about the new Nokia smartphone, which is to be released under the market name Nokia 2.5.
The device has been certified with model number T99652AA1, while Nokia 2.4 has model number T99651AA1. There are very few details about the smartphone, the regulator only confirms that it supports Bluetooth 5.0 and LTE. The smartphone will be a low-cost device and will not support fifth-generation networks.
The predecessor in the face of Nokia 2.4 received a 6.5-inch display with HD + resolution (1600 x 720 pixels), a MediaTek Helio P22 single-chip system, 2/3 GB of RAM and 32/64 GB of flash memory, as well as a slot for two SIM-cards and microSD memory cards.
The smartphone is equipped with a 13-megapixel main camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. The fingerprint scanner is located on the back. The battery capacity is 4500 mAh, the operating system is Android 10.
The new Nokia 2.5 is expected to receive an updated platform and Android 11 right out of the box.
