Non-manufacturing PMI falls to 55.7 in December, but improves the 52.4 forecast

The index China’s non-manufacturing PMI declined in December to 55.7 from the 56.4 of November, obtaining his lowest level in four months. Despite this decline, the indicator has improved expectations by more than three points, which placed it at 52.4.

The manufacturing PMI index has fallen two tenths, reaching 51.9 from 52.1 the previous month, disappointing the 52 points estimated by experts. In any case, after November, December has been the best month for the indicator since last March.
