Noval: At 2.65% the interest rate of KOD – 120 million euros were raised

National Bank and Piraeus Bank as Coordinators Main Contractors of the Public Offering for the issuance of a Common Bond Loan and the listing of the Noval Property Issuance Bonds for trading in the Fixed Income Securities Category of the Regulated Market after the Complete Purchase 2.12.2021, announce that a total of 120,000 intangible, common, anonymous bonds of the Company were sold with a nominal value of 1,000 euros each, resulting in the raising of funds amounting to 120 million euros.

The total valid demand expressed by investors who participated in the Public Offering amounted to 335.2 million euros, marking an overrun of the Issue by 2.8 times. The selling price of the Bonds has been determined at par, ie 1,000 euros per Bond. The final yield of the Bonds was set at 2.65% and the interest rate of the Bonds at 2.65% per annum.

The Bonds were distributed as follows: a) 78,000 Bonds (65% of the total issued Bonds) were distributed to Private Investors, and b) 42,000 Bonds (35% of the total issued Bonds) were distributed to Special Investors.
