Noval Property, in accordance with the decision No. 8/259 / 19-12-2002 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as amended and in force, publishes its Investment Statement on 31.12.2021, which has been posted on the company website www.noval-property.com
The fair value of Noval Property’s investment real estate portfolio and holdings amounted to 413.29 million euros as at 31 December 2021, showing an increase of 13.35% compared to 31 December 2020.
Noval Property in 2021 made four investments in real estate, including a 50% participation in the company “THE GRID SA”, which at the end of 2021 acquired a plot of approximately 16 acres, at 10 Chimarras Street -12 and Maroussi – Halandri Avenue in Maroussi, in which a modern complex of green office buildings is planned to be developed.
At the same time, Noval Property proceeded with the development of real estate in its portfolio, such as the completion and start-up of the commercial operation of the expansion of the River West commercial complex.
