Nursery bonus, support for families is reconfirmed for 2023

The nursery bonus will also be confirmed for 2023. It is a support to families that is provided as reimbursement of expenses for the payment of nursery school fees public and private, but also of theHouse assistance at home, if children under the age of 3 cannot attend nursery school due to serious chronic pathologies.

The nest bonus is one of the few measures that have not merged into thesingle checkwhich instead “absorbed” the baby bonus, the mother tomorrow bonus, the allowances to the family unit of the municipalities and the deductions for dependent children up to the age of 21.

The funds allocated for 2022 were not enough: ended before the contribution could be disbursed to all the families who were entitled to it. However it was reconfirmed: it is a structural measure that they have already been for €552 million has been allocated for 2023 and that does not require annual renewals through the Budget Law or new provisions.

The application can be submitted on the INPS web platform, accessing through the SPID, the CIE or the CNS. The amounts of the 2023 nursery bonus vary according to the ISEE: if it reaches up to 25 thousand euros, the INPS pays the family the maximum payable, i.e. 3,000 euros, if it goes from 25,001 euros to 40 thousand euros, the families receive 2,500 euros, if instead it exceeds 40 thousand euros, the ‘Inps disburses 1,500 euros.

As regards support at home, the parent living with the child must request it by attaching acertificate from the pediatrician stating that, for the year in question, the child will be unable to attend nursery schools.
