Nvidia has decided to answer AMD’s FSR technology, which itself is the answer to Nvidia’s DLSS

AMD recently launched FSR supersampling technology, which is a response to Nvidia’s DLSS. Now Nvidia has answered FSR in its own way.

Recall that DLSS works on the basis of machine learning technology and only on GeForce RTX video cards. AMD FSR relies on other algorithms and is conditionally available on any video card of any brand. Nvidia recently updated and significantly improved its Image Scaling technology to make it a competitor to FSR.

Nvidia Image Scaling technology has been available on the market for a couple of years, but few people knew about it. This is an upscaling technology based on spatial scaling and does not require specialized hardware. In the new graphics driver, Nvidia has added a significantly improved version of Image Scaling. This image scaling option is available in any game – just activate the technology in the driver settings.
