Such cards can still be found on sale, but, for example, on NewEgg they ask for some crazy $ 500 for new cards, which is a consequence of the current shortage situation on the market.
However, already now some sellers, apparently, have received new supplies of adapters, so the prices are much lower – from 180 dollars / euro. Funnily enough, it’s still higher than the GTX 1050 Ti’s 2016 starting price of $ 140.
The GeForce GTX 1050 Ti has a 14nm GPU and GDDR5 memory, which means it should suffer significantly less from a shortage of certain components or production capacities. True, the capabilities of this card today are more than modest, and for $ 180-200 they seem ridiculous at all.
