Eduardo Sterblitch the villain will live Arlindo in “O Auto da Compadecida 2” . Scheduled to debut on December 25th the film will return 24 years after its first release.
“He’s a villain, let’s put it that way. Because he wants to take advantage of this naivety that he sees in Chicó and João Grilo, and the opportunity he has to gain more power”, explained the actor in a promotional video for the film.
“He owns the only radio station in the city. He is the host of the only radio program in the city. Then he starts trying to get involved in politics”, explains Sterblitch.
A huge success of the 2000s, the story will feature the return of Selton Mello and Matheus Nachtergaele for the roles of Chicó and João Grilo. In addition to him, Virginia Cavendish and Enrique Diaz return to play Rosinha and Joaquim Brejeiro.
