OAED: As of today, the applications for the special employment program for resin workers

The submission of electronic applications for the new “Special program for the employment of resin workers in Services of the Ministry of Environment and Energy” of OAED starts today, Tuesday 5 April 2022 at 14:00. The aim of the program is to immediately address the unemployment of resin workers in the areas affected by the fires and the immediate restoration of the natural environment, while it is also planned to hire unemployed graduates to support the program.

Specifically, today the AD cycle of the program is activated, which concerns the first 199 full-time positions, out of a total of 590 positions, for 7 years and with gross monthly salaries up to 1,000 euros. The application deadline will be on Friday, April 29, 2022 at 14:00. Only the following have the right to submit applications:

a) unemployed resin growers registered in the register of OAED, members of Forest Labor Cooperatives and Forced Forest Cooperatives active in the Municipalities of Megara of the Peripheral Unit of West Attica of the Region of Attica, Loutraki – Perathora – Perochora Mantoudiou – Limni – Agia Anna of the Regional Unit of Evia of the Region of Central Greece, who also maintain the status of a member of the cooperative, provided they do not exercise any activity within this capacity, as defined in par. 1 of article 70 of law 4837 / 2021 (Α ‘178).

b) unemployed university graduates registered in the OAED register.

The submission of applications is done electronically, with the TAXISnet codes or the OAED codes, through the Single Digital Portal of Public Administration (gov.gr) at the address:

The interested parties submit an application for participation and choose only one placement specialty from the ones mentioned in the relevant list of Annex I of the Public Invitation 3/2022 and from one to three Supervisors and / or Placement Services. Beneficiary ranking criteria include:

– Period of continuous registered unemployment, up to 24 months

– Annual income of the tax year 2020, individual or family

– Age

– Number of minor children

The selection system is based on the scoring of the above criteria, the determination of any supporting documents to be submitted, the definition of a control mechanism for these supporting documents and the grading, ranking and placement of candidates in respective positions using computer software.

The total budget of the program amounts to 63,000,000 euros.
