Research holding “Romir” conducted an analysis of the attitude of Russians to domestic ecosystems. As part of the study, companies were identified that are most familiar to Russians, whom they trust and consider the most technologically advanced.
The visibility rating was headed by Gosuslugi (98%) and Sberbank (98%). They are followed by Yandex (97%), Ozon (96%), Avito (95%) and Wildberries (94%).
Ozon ranked first in terms of trust in ecosystems (92 p.p.), Gosuslugi and Yandex were second (90 p.p. each), and Wildberries was third (87 p.p.). Rounding out the top five are Sberbank (86 p.p.) and Avito (85 p.p.). The trust index is the difference between the proportions of respondents who have a positive and negative attitude towards a particular ecosystem.
In addition to these two indicators, Romir assessed the manufacturability of each ecosystem, since they all have services and online platforms. This index was calculated as an average assessment of the level of ecosystem manufacturability on a 10-point scale. The most technologically advanced Russians consider the ecosystem of Yandex (7.5 points), Sberbank (7.4 points) and Ozon (7.3 points).
