The Gosklyuch application for iOS and Android is already available in the App Store and Google Play. As the developers promise, “Gosklyuch” is a convenient and safe service for users of the State Services portal with a verified account.

The ministry explains:

The application creates a free electronic signature of the user, which is stored in a secure and secure e-government infrastructure. The user can install the application and receive an electronic signature in less than three minutes.

The first electronic contract that can be signed with the help of Gosklyuch was a contract for the provision of cellular services. Now this function is available for Tele2 subscribers. In the near future, it will also be launched by MTS, Megafon and Beeline.

The ministry plans to expand in the future the list of transactions and legal documents that can be signed using the new service. Among other things, it is planned to use Gosklyuch for online signing of contracts for the purchase and sale of a car and lease of real estate.
