Today Xiaomi will officially unveil its new flagship smartphones Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra, but detailed characteristics of these models and, more importantly, prices have already appeared on the Web. We now know how much Xiaomi will ask for its best camera phones. Looking ahead, we note that the prices are quite humane. But first about the characteristics.

Both models are built on SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, equipped with LPDDR5 and UFS3.1 memory. Screens – with 6.81-inch Samsung OLED E4 curved on all four sides with a frame rate of 120 Hz and a polling rate of the sensor layer of 480 Hz. The screen resolution of the Mi 11 Pro is 2K, the screen of the Mi 11 Ultra is WQHD + (3200 x 1440 pixels). In both cases, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus is used, MEMC and HDR10 + technology is also supported. The fingerprint scanner is subscreen, and the front camera with a resolution of 20 megapixels is embedded.
Both smartphones received Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC adapters, Harman Kardon stereo speakers, an IR emitter, IP68 dust and water protection, 5000 mAh batteries with support for fast charging (both wired and wireless) with a power of 67 W.

The main cameras of both models use laser autofocus, a flash with warm and cold light diodes and a proprietary image processor. But the set of sensors is different. The main one and there, and there – Samsung ISOCELL GN2 optical format 1 / 1.12 inches with a resolution of 50 megapixels, supplemented by a fast lens and optical stabilization. The other two sensors in the Mi 11 Pro are the OmniVision OV13B10 and OV08A10 with a resolution of 13 and 8 megapixels. The former is used in conjunction with an ultra wide-angle lens, the latter is used with a telephoto lens that provides 5x optical zoom and 50x hybrid.
Additional sensors in the Mi 11 Ultra are Sony IMX586 with a resolution of 48 megapixels. They are used in both the ultra wide-angle lens module and the periscope lens module, which provides 5x optical and 120x hybrid zoom. If the Mi 11 Pro camera has optical stabilization only for the main sensor, then the Mi 11 Ultra OIS camera has all three image sensors. Moreover, only the Mi 11 Ultra camera has an additional display. It displays notifications, can display a picture from the home screen, acts as a viewfinder and an Always On (AOD) screen.

Dimensions and weight of Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro – 164.3 x 74.6 x 8.5 mm and 210 grams, Mi 11 Ultra – 164.3 x 74.6 x 8.8 mm and 225 grams.
And now the most important thing is the prices. The Mi 11 Pro comes in two configurations, with 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash storage. The cost of the first is $ 765, the second is $ 825. For a camera with an advanced image sensor (and taking into account other characteristics) – inexpensive. For comparison, the cost of the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G with 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory at the start of sales in China is $ 1,000.
The Mi 11 Ultra is, of course, more expensive. The base configuration with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of flash is priced at $ 855. The cost of the version with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory is $ 915. Finally, for the top version with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of flash memory, they ask for $ 1,070.
According to the latest data, the Mi 11 Pro will only be sold in China, and only the Mi 11 Ultra will enter the global market. Considering that devices sold in Europe are usually more expensive than in China, we can assume that the price of the Mi 11 Pro in the Old World starts at around 900-950 euros.
