Anvisa made the preliminary identification of two cases of the Ômicron variant in Brazil. The Brazilians had a positive result for the new strain after testing by the Albert Einstein laboratory. Now, the material will be sent to the Adolfo Lutz Institute for confirmation of the genetic sequencing.
and in the Netherlands
The Ômicron variant was detected in the Netherlands in tests collected before South Africa reported the new strain to the World Health Organization (WHO). The discovery puts a new entry date for the strain on Dutch territory.
Job
Brazil created more than 253,000 new formal jobs in October. In the accumulated result for the year, the country has created more than 2.6 million jobs. The data were released this Tuesday (30) by the General Register of Employed and Unemployed (Caged).
Case of the cracks
The Second Panel of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) maintained the privileged jurisdiction of senator Flávio Bolsonaro (Patriota-RJ) in the alleged case of the cracks. By three votes to one, the ministers rejected an appeal by the Public Ministry of Rio de Janeiro.
