Until Friday, December 31, 2021, the beneficiaries will be able to buy books through the Book Acquisition Program for Books of the year 2021 of OAED, from 546 bookstores and publishing houses participating in the program.
A total of 180,000 checks worth € 20 each have been issued, including VAT, with a budget of € 3,600,000, while to date more than 103,000 checks have been activated.
With the check, which is in the form of a unique electronic code number, the beneficiaries and beneficiaries can buy any book of their choice from the bookstores and publishers of the register of providers, with the exception of textbooks of all educational levels (books provided free of charge by the Ministry of Education and other public bodies), with a discount of at least 10% on all books (except foreign languages).
