On March 2, the largest conference for the financial sector Fin Forum 2022

In the final stretch is the event for FIN FORUM 2022, which returns after last year’s successful event and will take place on March 2, 2022.

The transformation, the changes and the developments of the banking and financial sector, the acquisitions and mergers, as well as the new business opportunities will be the main axes of this year’s conference, which aims to be conducted with a physical and online presence.

In the second FIN FORUM, entitled “Transformation, M & A’s and new business opportunities”, leading bank executives, institutions, representatives of the state and the competent regulatory authorities, as well as fund managers will thoroughly analyze the burning issues of the economy and the financial sector.

These include the transformation of the financial system, combined with new data and market opportunities, as well as its role in financing growth, regaining confidence and addressing challenges.

The role of funds and new business moves – including acquisitions and mergers – in both the financial system and the wider economy will also be analyzed.

Extensive reference will be made to the digital transformation and the new banking model, to the role of servicers but also to the new business financing models.

Finally, special mention will be made of the role of the Recovery Fund and its effects on the real economy, on ESG Financing as well as on the new “players” who are active both in the banking system and on the financial board in general.

It is noted that the central theme of the first FIN FORUM that took place through livestreaming in March 2021, was “Shaping the future of banking and finance”, ie the future for the economy and banks and recorded a significant impact in the field of public debate.

The conference was honored by the participation of top executives of financial institutions, servicers, distinguished companies and the economy. Among them were the Minister of Finance Christos Staikouras, the Deputy Minister of Finance Theodoros Skylakakis and the Deputy Minister of Finance and head of the Financial System George Zavvos.

The FIN FORUM 2022 conference, like last year, is under the auspices of the Hellenic Banking Association and is organized, with the strategic cooperation of CNN Greece, by the communication company Tsomokos SA.
