Russian drones struck the Ukrainian port of Odessa in the Black Sea. During the raid, an apartment building was hit, as a result of which one person was killed and at least three others were pulled from the rubble injured, according to the regional governor Oleh Kiper.

In his post on the Telegram platform, the Odessa regional governor states that a man was pulled dead from the rubble of the buildingwhile three injured were taken to a hospital and their condition is described as “serious”.

Regional governor Oleh Kiper assured that the search and rescue operation will continue to locate any others trapped in the rubble.
