Vacations are a right that every worker has after one year of rendering their services to any company. However, not all employers follow the law. Such is the case of this young man who published on his networks that he was going to resign because he was denied 17 days off.
Luis is a young Venezuelan who under his name @Xere_Lac On Twitter, he went viral by sharing a message in which he presumed that he would leave his job because his boss denied him 17 days of vacation for these holidays.
My boss just told me that 17 days of vacation is too much, that I can’t do more than ten. It should be noted that since I work 7 days a week, it is only 10 continuous days of vacation. Vacations are not paid, besides… One (1) like and I quit.
