“One-way” negotiations with Russia, admits a member of the Ukrainian secret services

Ukraine will at some point need to negotiate with Russia to end their nearly two-and-a-half-year war, a top Ukrainian military intelligence official said in an interview published yesterday. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has repeatedly ruled out any negotiations with the Kremlin. An executive order issued after Russia announced it was moving ahead with annexing four Ukrainian regions, which it has not yet fully taken over, in 2022, makes the start of peace talks virtually “impossible”. However, Lt. Gen.
