OnlyFans will no longer serve Russian creators on its platform, the company confirmed on Thursday. The accounts and payments of Russian content creators are “temporarily suspended” by the platform.
The platform, popularized and mostly used by adult content creators, said it “could no longer properly serve the Russian creative community” due to the situation in Ukraine.

OnlyFans is a creator-first business. Over the past few months, we have considered several options to continue providing our services to affected authors. However, due to further tightening of restrictions on payments to and from Russia, OnlyFans is no longer able to properly serve our Russian community of creators. In this regard, we are taking steps to temporarily suspend the operation of accounts that receive payments in Russia. We have asked affected creators to contact [email protected] to help resolve any issues regarding their accounts.
Only Fans
Back in late February, the OnlyFans service blocked content creators from Russia from accessing the platform. They received a message from OnlyFans support saying, “Please note that your country does not support payouts, so we can’t help you with this at this time.”
Shortly thereafter, OnlyFans representatives said they had solved the problem. Now OnlyFans has changed the policy again.
