ONYX BOOX introduced the Nova Air 2 reader: with a stylus, support for peripherals and third-party software

If earlier electronic “readers” were used exclusively for reading fiction in digital format, now they are much more advanced gadgets. For example, ONYX BOOX recently introduced its new product Nova Air 2, which has an impressive range of features and a fairly powerful hardware platform. For example, the device is equipped with a high-resolution 7.8-inch E Ink Carta Plus display and, importantly, dual touch controls. This means that the user can use the capacitive sensor to scroll through the virtual pages of books, zoom in on an image, or interact with the interface.

At the same time, the device also supports the stylus that comes with the kit, and the screen itself is protected by a special Asahi glass that prevents scratches. With a stylus, the user can take notes or draw, plus the user can connect peripherals via Bluetooth. And given that the device runs on the Android 11 operating system and supports the Google Play app store, the user, if desired, can comfortably use various third-party software – for reading, editing text, and more.
