Oprah Winfrey going back to Brazil! The presenter and businesswoman will arrive in the country on April 10th this year to participate in the first edition of “Legends in Town”, event that will promote unique and exclusive meetings, with legends from the world of business, politics, entertainment and sport.
Oprah Winfrey will be one of the speakers at the event taking place at Golden Hall of the WTC , located in the city of São Paulo. According to a statement sent by the event organizers to the press, the artist will bring inspiration in how to have a healthier and happier life sharing her personal journey that has seen her become one of the most important and admired figures in world entertainment.
The event takes place between 8:00 am and 12:30 pm and Oprah's participation can be seen at 11:00 am.
Considered the queen of American TV, Oprah is president and CEO of OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network, leads Harpo Productions, an American film corporation, and became the first black woman with global projection in history to become a billionaire.
“Legends in Town” is an event held by the companies XP Inc and Alvarez & Marsal.

Oprah's return to Brazil comes 12 years after her last visit to the country. In 2012, the presenter was with João de Deus in Abadiânia, Goiânia, for an interview with the medium. At the time, he had not yet been publicly accused of various sexual crimes.
