A survey indicated that 36% of women say they orgasm during sex. Meanwhile, 43% speak openly with partners about the issue. The survey heard 1370 women in Brazil on the topic: “how they experience their own sexuality”.
Another survey, carried out by Rutgers University, reveals that 85% of men think their partners usually have orgasms. She also found a big difference between the responses of women and men.
To talk about female pleasure, health, self-esteem and self-knowledge, the CNN Our World this Saturday (17) receives Larissa Cassiano, a gynecologist and obstetrician specializing in high-risk pregnancy and sexual therapy.
“Each person has a different perception of orgasm. Orgasm is reaching a point of greater awareness of pleasure, but this varies from person to person. It is a personal and private experience”, says the specialist.
“Sex is health. It is important that we understand our relationship with him. Sexual health is not just penetration. It’s feeling your body, understanding your body, talking to professionals to receive guidance on this and building a healthy relationship with this important aspect of our life”, emphasizes Cassiano.
