Michelle Yeoh used social media on Monday (11) to congratulate Emma Stone for the Oscar for Best Actress and to clarify a small confusion that occurred during the awarding of the statuette.
The actress who won the award in 2023 was responsible for announcing this year's big winner. She was on stage alongside other winners, including Jennifer Lawrence .
When Emma went to get the figurine, Michelle pulled her away. However, the protagonist of “Everything Everywhere At The Same Time” He explained in his publication that he did so so that the actress's longtime friend could make the delivery.
