An infuriating video showing an enraged man slapping a one-year-old girl in Barcelona has come to light. The man screams at the family of tourists, including the little girl standing in front of him. At first the man pretends to hit the toddler, stopping just inches from her face, before hitting the little girl again on the left cheek. The man with the child takes her in his arms as the child cries, before they quickly walk away. The little girl suffered minor injuries and did not require hospital treatment, according to police and as reported by the Daily Mail.
