Outrageous video with police officers handcuffing a 5-year-old who is screaming

The camera of the police uniform was caught as American police officers were passing by handcuffs to a 5-year-old boy who had been expelled from school.

The video was released by his police on Friday Maryland, where we hear the police advise his mother that you should “hit him”.

The January 2020 incident resulted in a lawsuit by the mother, with her lawyers claiming that the child suffered emotional trauma.

Police found the child a few blocks away from his school. When they returned him to school, a female police officer was heard saying “why should people beat their children”.

Later, in the school principal’s office, the child begins to cry again and one of the police officers appears to scream in his face: “I hope your mom lets me hit you.”

When mom arrives at school, both police officers encourage her to hit her child. “We want you to hit him,” one tells her, “you are not going to jail because you hit your child.”

That is when the child is handcuffed in front of his mother. According to the Washington Post, Will Jawando, a member of the county board, said the video “made me sick.”

The school said the same, describing the material as “extremely difficult” to monitor.

The police department, however, said how the two police officers were checked for their actions, without any aggravating evidence against them;
