In particular, the NGO denounces the “unreasonably ineffective” inspection protocols for aid shipments, which create delays of “twenty days on average” for trucks to enter the Palestinian enclave, and even “attacks against humanitarian personnel, aid structures and convoys with humanitarian aid”.
