According to Kommersant, Ozon bought the Hartens TV brand from OOO Hartens, which are now exclusively sold on the marketplace. The deal was closed in October 2021.
In 2022, the company plans to produce more than 100,000 devices that will be exclusively sold on the Ozon marketplace. Representatives of the company said that the TVs are being assembled at the Kvant plant in Voronezh.
Having a private label helps the marketplace expand the offer of quality goods at a competitive price for buyers.

The devices are equipped with the Salyut TV operating system, developed on the basis of the open source Android, and a virtual assistant from Sberbank. The M.Video chain has been selling electronics, including TVs, under its own Novex brand since August 2020, and Eldorado has been selling it under the Hi brand since July 2019.
Yandex does not have its own brand of TVs, but cooperates with more than 20 brands to install its Yandex TV system with voice control through Alice on their devices.
