A new generation of investment projects is being created in the country, with construction, energy and infrastructure being the most promising sectors, noted Penelope Lazaridou, member of the executive board and general financial director of the group, GEK TERNA, speaking at the 26th roundtable discussion of the Economist bank with the Greek government.
Mrs. Lazaridou paid particular attention to the opportunities presented for our country in terms of investments in clean energy storage, both to ensure the expected self-sufficiency, as she said, and to create an environment with satisfactory prices for businesses and households, but also to make our country an energy hub for the wider region.
He also referred to projects in the group’s portfolio, such as the Amfilochia project and the airport in Kasteli, while noting that infrastructure is not only roads, but also projects that make a large investment project environmentally friendly.
