Pabllo Vittar 30, surprised fans this Wednesday (17) by dancing with the Paulista Pig on the most famous avenue in São Paulo. The singer took the action to promote her new song “Alibi” partnership with Sevdaliza and Yseult.
It all started when street artist Jonathan Oliveira, better known as Joow J, responsible for Porquinho da Paulista, was contacted on social media by Pabllo Vittar’s team.
The 29-year-old was informed that the artist’s dancers would accompany him — also in costume — in a performance on Paulista Avenue, to promote the singer’s new work.
“It’s been a few months since Pabllo’s team contacted me and said they wanted to promote the song that was already reaching the top of Spotify. I said, ‘Okay, I’ll bring the costumes for you to put on,’” Joow J told CNN.
Without him realizing it, while the street artist was dancing alongside the singer’s dancers, Pabllo Vittar got out of a car and joined them. “They didn’t tell me they were going to surprise me. I was in shock when she got out,” he added.
“I’ve been a street artist for ten years. Meeting Pabllo Vittar, with all her charisma, and having her dance with me, is surreal. An achievement,” said the person responsible for Porquinho da Paulista, which went viral on social media in recent months.
