Paco Rabanne, prestigious fashion designer, dies at 88

Francisco Rabaneda y Cuervo, better known in the fashion industry as Paco Rabanne, passed away on February 3 at the age of 88. The news was confirmed by the management of his company, through a statement on social networks.

According to information from the newspaper Telegram me, Rabanne died at his home located in the town of Portsall, in Brittany, France. However, the cause of his death is still unknown.

Before rising to fame, Rabanne sold costume accessories, buttons and embroidery that were applied to couture garments such as Balenciaga and Nina Ricci.
