Pancretan Bank: The Collective Bargaining Agreement was signed

The management of the Pancretan Bank with the representatives of the Employees’ Association signed a new three-year business collective labor agreement today, after two months of constructive dialogue.

The subject of the negotiation for the signing of the business contract with the employees of Pankritia Bank were the economic and allowance policy, social demands, with emphasis on family support, institutional issues such as the education of the employees and the protection of employment, as well as issues relating to the prevention, treatment and combating of all forms of violence and harassment in the workplace.

“As Pancretan Bank enters a new phase of transformation and development, the signing of the new business contract acquires special importance as it ensures peace of mind, employee satisfaction, but also their commitment and commitment to the joint effort to achieve the operational goals “, pointed out, among others, the CEO Mr. Antonis Bartholomew who, thanking the representatives of the Association, expressed his satisfaction for the constructive dialogue which brought a good result in the negotiations.

The Bank’s management recognized almost all of the social demands, while a bilateral agreement was reached on fees and bonuses, ensuring the interests of both parties. With the signing of the new business contract, which will last until the end of 2024, the aim is to provide a modern and safe working environment for all employees, while establishing a strong basis for creative continuity and cohesion, in view of the increase of the bank’s share capital.
