This Wednesday (20), the Brazilian DJ, beatmaker and music producer little papa celebrated a special meeting alongside Dr. Dre , Snoop Dogg It is Eminem .
In a post on Instagram, he recalled how hard he sought international recognition.
“Anyone who follows me knows how much I dedicate myself to my work and my dream. It's been 18 years since I abandoned everything to make beats. At a time when there wasn’t even a future in this market, I believed in an impossible path for my life”, he began.
“With a lot of dedication, I managed, in a self-taught way, to make it happen and I believe that it has also, in a way, opened doors for this entire new generation of producers in the country”, added Papatinho.
In another part of his reflection, he recalled the achievements and challenges.
“I felt fulfilled with everything I achieved in Brazil, but at the same time I felt like I could go further. I needed to try. For the last 10 years, when I can, I've been coming to the United States, trying to connect with the scene here and doing countless sessions. Many times in vain, I often thought about giving up… But it seems that things are finally happening”, he celebrated.
“I've been away from my head, my family, my friends for a month, but working on giant projects,” he said.
The joy of encounters
Finally, the music producer detailed the joy of the three meetings. “Yesterday I received recognition from Dr. Dre, unbelievable! I spent the day with Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Xzibit and Eminem! These faces are to blame for the existence of 'Papatinho'”, he stated.
“As I've said in several interviews, Dre has always been my biggest idol alongside Kanye. IM so happy. You have no idea…”, he concluded.
