Paramount +: the new streaming platform arrives in September. Between original productions and many new features

A new happy atoll is about to be added to the ocean of streaming platforms: let’s talk about Paramount +the new streaming service from Paramount Global which, after landing in the United States, is preparing to land in Italy in September (in France, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria it will arrive in December instead). «We are thrilled to announce the arrival of Paramount +, our streaming service, in Italy. The Paramount + library, capable of satisfying all the righteous, immediately intends to welcome absolutely new made in Italy productions such as Circeothe series produced by Cattleya in collaboration with VIS, Paramount + and Rai Fiction that traces all the phases of the process following the terrible case of 1975. The protagonist is Greta Scarano, here in the role of Teresa Capogrossi, a lawyer who is fighting for the reform of the law on sexual violence and who will take the defense of Donatella Colasanti, (played by the very young Ambrosia Caldarelli), trying not only to win the trial but also to change the law. But that’s not all, as Paramount + will host several international productions from SHOWTIME®, Paramount Pictures, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, NickJr and Smithsonian. Good news even for the little ones, who on Paramount + will find various titles such as the series iCarly with Miranda Cosgrove and films such as Clifford – The Big Red Dogand for cinema enthusiasts, who can enjoy brand new films on the platform such as Scream 5 and timeless classics such as Grease, The Godfatherand the sagas of Star Trek, Top Gun and Transformers. Paramount +’s plan is also to commission 150 original international content by 2025, making us understand that this streaming service has no intention of giving up or being forgotten.
