Paris Hilton shares the pain of her home destroyed by fires: “I am devastated for those who are still in danger or are mourning greater losses”

In a post about X, the entrepreneur shared a video of the rubble. «I find myself here, in what was once our home, and the pain is truly indescribable. When I first heard the news, I was completely shocked – I couldn’t believe it. But Now that I’m here and see everything with my own eyes, it feels like my heart has broken into a million pieces».

The businesswoman explained how “devastated” she was by what happened. «With my family, watching the news and seeing our house in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV. It’s something no one should ever have to experience,” wrote Paris Hilton, who is married to entrepreneur Carter Reum and has two young children, Phoenix and one-year-old London.

In his destroyed house he had spent special moments. «This house was not just a place to live: it was the place where we dreamed, laughed and made the best memories as a family. It was where Phoenix’s little hands made art that I will cherish forever, where love and life filled every corner. Seeing it reduced to ashes… it’s devastating, really.”

It had been purchased for 8.4 million dollars: with approximately 280 square meters, three bedrooms and a priceless view of the ocean, it was ideal for enjoying family moments. Many of Paris Hilton’s fans will remember that the house was the set of Cooking With Parishis show on Netflix: the bright white kitchen had been the backdrop for some scenes. The house was also famous for its staircase, which went down from the terrace directly to the beach, a detail that made it unique.

Paris Hilton added: «What hurts me even more is knowing that this is not just my story. Many people have lost everything. It’s not just walls and roofs: it’s the memories that made those houses special. They are the photos, the memories, the things that cannot be replaced.” And again: «But despite all this pain, I know I’m lucky. My loved ones, my children and my animals are safe. This is the most important thingand I hold on to this gratitude with everything I have.”

In her post, Paris Hilton also wanted to express her opinion gratitude towards the rescuers committed to fighting fires. “To everyone who has sent love, prayers and kindness, you have reminded me that even in the ashes, there is still beauty in this world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. And to those who are going through this pain, know that you are not alone. We are all in this together. We will start again, we will heal, and we will rise stronger than before.” And he concluded with an invitation: «Let this be a reminder to hold our loved ones close. Appreciate every moment. Life can change in an instant, and the love we share is what really matters. I send all my love to those who are suffering right now.”

The fires devastating Los Angeles are fueled by strong Santa Ana winds: since Tuesday they have caused at least five victims and forced over 100,000 people to evacuate. Although the intensity of the winds has decreased, the situation remains critical. The Palisades Fire, which burned more than 6,400 acres between Santa Monica and Malibu, and the Eaton Fire, which devastated nearly 4,300 acres, are the two major fires to hit the area. A third fire, the Hurst Fire, broke out in Sylmar.
