Paris Hilton would replace Amber Heard in ‘Aquaman 2,’ says Warner exec

Ever since Johnny Depp sued Amber Heard for defamation, both celebrities have had to pay a heavy price on their respective careers and personal image.

On the one hand, Johnny was fired from the saga of fantastic animals and his role as Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean, something that at the time infuriated fans, as Amber retained her role as Mera in the second installment of Aquaman. However, this could change, because according to a Warner executive, the company would have found a replacement for Amber, being nothing more and nothing less than the gorgeous and talented: Paris Hilton!

Recall that a petition was launched on social networks to replace Amber in Aquaman 2, this reached more than 3 million signatures, and they continue to increase. Despite this, the director of the film, James Wan, together with representatives of Warner Bros. (production house of Aquaman) said they would not remove the actress from her role, since her work on screen was good and should not be mixed with her personal life.

However, this decision could have changed, and it is that, through the stories of Juliette Lauren Fischer, executive producer of Warner Bros., it was learned that the company hired Paris Hilton to replace Amber in the role of Mera.

Warner Bros just hired Paris Hilton to replace Amber Heard in Aquaman 2.

It is worth mentioning that Juliette had already shared some images of a meeting about the film but had not revealed details about it.

On the other hand, although DC fans had suggested actress Emilia Clarke as Amber’s successor and were not listened to, they are happy with the news because everyone indicates that all they wanted was not to continue seeing Amber on screen.

During her trial with her ex-husband, Amber confirmed that her appearance as Princess Mera in Aquaman 2 was reduced to only 10 minutes on screen and that she even had to “fight very hard to continue in the film” because Warner no longer wanted to include her:

They gave me a script. Then they gave me new versions of it that had removed scenes that had action, that showed my character and another character, without giving ‘spoilers’, two characters fighting each other. They basically took away a lot of my paper. They just deleted a bunch.

There is no doubt that this will mark a before and after in the actress’s career. But on the other hand, it could give Paris a big break in the acting world.
