The second amendment of the Ministry of Development and Investments has provisions regarding the expansion of bodies from which the members of the Evaluation Committees of investment projects may come (amendment of article 118 of Law 4887/22). The bill of the Ministry of Development and Investments for the “Sanitation of the Elefsina Shipyards and other provisions of a developmental nature” has been introduced in the Plenary by the Production and Trade Committee with the positive vote of the ND. In the Committee, SYRIZA, PASOK-KINAL and Hellenic Solution reserved their positions in today’s Plenary meeting, while KKE and MeRA 25 voted against it.
