The regulation which provides extraordinary financial support to cover part of the increase in the cost of electricity consumption in electricity bills, which have been issued during the period from December 1, 2021 to on May 31, 2022.
The amendment was submitted to the bill of the Ministry of Environment and Energy entitled “National Climate Law” whose discussion in the Plenary Session of the Parliament begins today and is expected to be completed tomorrow Thursday, May 26, 2022.
At the same time, in the same bill, the amendment was submitted, which provides for the mandatory exemption from reforestation of those areas that have been declared reforestable, but in the ratified forest maps do not appear to have the character and form of forests or forest areas.
