At the same time, a report in Der Spiegel magazine (27/5/2022) states that the leaders of the “Western secret services” no longer believe in a possible Ukrainian “victory”, even when it is defined as the “withdrawal of Russian troops before the 24th of February. their positions “.

Mr. Varoufakis also emphasizes that the difference of views within the EU and NATO is obvious between, on the one hand, the Franco-German axis and, on the other, countries of Eastern Europe and the Baltic: while Paris and Berlin argue that it should be given to Cf. – What is your government’s strategic plan for dealing with the impact of this division of European governments in the Aegean and the Eastern Mediterranean?
