Part of the series’ cast “The Office” met again for dinner and celebrated the friendship they had nurtured for 20 years. The performers of the characters Angela (Angela Kinsey), Erin (Ellie Kemper), Pam (Jenna Fischer) and Kelly (Mindy Kaling) were present at the celebration.
Angela and Mindy shared different records on their social networks. Angela posted a photo of the foursome at the bar table and quoted: “A receptionist, a customer service representative, an office administrator and an accountant walk into a bar… 20 years of friendship! I love you girls. It was a super fun reunion dinner. I can’t wait for the next one!”
Mindy, for her part, wrote: “It’s been 20 years since I met these wonderful women! This year has been a rollercoaster, to say the least, and it’s so great to be able to share life’s joys and challenges with people who knew me when I was 24 and a customer service representative at the Scranton branch of Dunder Mifflin . I love you girls!”
In her caption, she also mentioned her favorite quote from Michael Scott about Christmas, the production’s protagonist, played by Steve Carell. “Guess who I am, sitting here, dressed like I am. I’ll give you a hint — his last name is Cristo. He has the power to fly and can heal leopards.”
In the comments, fans of the production celebrated the meeting. “A ‘The Office’ reunion! Best cast ever! Best characters in the series”, quoted one internet user. “How do you guys never get old?” quoted another Instagram user. “Ahhh! This makes the fans so happy”, added another admirer of the series.
The series was launched in 2005 and ended in 2013, after 9 seasons. In addition to versions from other countries, a spin-off of “The Office” is also being recorded. The story will be set in a newspaper office.
