This morning, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Dendias, is participating in a working breakfast organized by the French Embassy in Athens, accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Miltiadis Varvitsiotis.
The working breakfast takes place on the occasion of the opening of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union, with the participation of the ambassadors of the EU Member States.
At the heart of the debate are EU foreign policy issues, developments in the Eastern Mediterranean, the Western Balkans and Africa, according to a Foreign Ministry post on twitter.
Mr. Dendias is expected to speak about the priorities of Greek foreign policy in 2022, as well as the challenges facing our country, as noted in a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
After the working breakfast there will be short statements to the press.
