Meadow Walker, 24-year-old model and daughter of Paul Walker, an actor who became famous playing in the Fast and Furious franchise and died in 2013, announced this Thursday (11) on her Instagram that she will make a special appearance in the 10th film of the sequence.
“A preview of my cameo in ‘Fast & Furious 10’. The first movie was released when I was one year old! I grew up on set watching my dad, Vin, Jordana, Michelle, Chris and others on the monitors. Thanks to my dad, I was born into the ‘Fast & Furious’ family. I can’t believe I’m now going to be there too, with those who have been around to see me grow,” she said in the post.
In the publication, she also thanked the director of the film, Louis Leterrier, for his kindness, patience and support. She also gave a special thanks to her father’s best friend, who is now her best friend as well, film producer Brandon Birtell.
“This would not have been possible without you. I am so blessed to be able to honor my father’s legacy and share it with him forever.”
Paul Walker died aged 40 in a car accident in 2013, when the model, his only child, was 15 years old. Since then, Meadow has shared photos with the film’s crew, showing their closeness. In 2021, she married Louis Thornton-Allan and was taken to the altar by actor and great friend of her father, Vin Diesel, one of the protagonists of Fast and Furious.

The 10th installment in the street-racing action franchise opens in theaters next week on May 19. In addition to Meadow Walker, Jason Momoa, Brie Larson, Rita Moreno, among other actors, participate in the film.
The singer Ludmilla will also be part of the saga. On her Instagram, the Brazilian artist posted scenes in which she appears in the middle of cars starting the race.
