The singer Paula Fernandes released this Thursday (13) her new album, “Which love makes you happy? “. The six new songs in the production mix the influences of country roots — the artist’s origin — with pop music; the lyrics reflect on all the ways of loving. Listen to the album below.
“Love is love, wow, it has no gender or age, everyone loves in their own way, the important thing is to know which love makes you happy,” said the artist in a press release.
“In this new EP, you will see a Paula who allowed herself to navigate through various styles. From sensual to modern country music, the idea was to create a light aesthetic that will connect the public with some moment in their lives”, added the singer.
Among the new songs is “Anota Aí”, an original composition that reflects the lack of relationships after the end and the need to overcome the end. “You will cry for me, write it down. When you miss my kiss and that someone who always made you smile”, say the lyrics.
The singer has been promoting the new production for a few days. Last Friday (7), she published a sensual photo shoot on social media and commented on the personal evolution she has had throughout her career. The transformation shown in the images also appears in the new album.
This Thursday (13), the singer published several videos of celebrities answering the album’s theme question: “Which love makes you happy?” Among them are Neymar, Boninho, Sandy, Claudia Leitte, Carlinhos Maia, Susana Vieira, Juliana Paes, Paolla Oliveira, Ana Castela, Chitãozinho & Xororó, and more.
Paula Fernandes competed, on Wednesday (12), for the 31st Brazilian Music Award in the country music “Performer” category. The recognition of the year went to singer Roberta Miranda.
