The following announcement was issued by the Press Office of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs:
79 million euros will be paid to 117,680 beneficiaries during the week of August 1-5 as part of the scheduled payments of the e-EFKA and the Public Employment Service.
Particularly:
1. The e-EFKA will pay:
· 13.6 million euros to 510 beneficiaries following the issuance of one-off decisions.
· 12.5 million euros to 37,170 beneficiaries for cash benefits (maternity, pregnancy, sickness, accident, funeral benefits)
· 334,301 euros to 500 beneficiaries for TAVTEKO benefits
2. The following payments will be made by DYPA:
· 23 million euros to 59,000 beneficiaries for payment of unemployment benefits and other benefits
· 23 million euros to 13,000 beneficiaries under subsidized employment programs
· 6.5 million euros to 8,500 mothers for subsidized maternity leave
