The Pernambuco Court maintained this Wednesday (9) the blocking of the assets of the singer Gusttavo Lima, the influencer and lawyer Deolane Bezerra, in addition to the others being investigated, such as the owners of Vai de Bet, the couple José André da Rocha Neto and Aislla Sabrina, and Darwin Henrique Filho, owner of Esportes da Sorte, in Operation Integration, launched on September 4th by the Pernambuco Civil Police and aimed at curbing crimes of money laundering and illegal gambling.
In the decision by judge Andréa Calado da Cruz, of the 12th Criminal Court of Recife, she argued that “the foundations of the original decision remain unchanged, and are therefore in force, justifying the need to maintain property restrictions”.
In a note, the Court of Justice of Pernambuco stated that the state Public Ministry issued an opinion “in favor of maintaining the blockade of the assets of all those indicted”.
