The presenter of CNN Pedro Andrade commented on the return of Entre Mundos, which takes place this Sunday (13), at 10:30 pm. He described the third season as “the most ambitious”.
“Among the themes of this season we have fighters, women who make a living fighting; surrogacy; veganism, which is no longer a mere dietary habit, today more than 80 million people consider themselves vegan; I went to the US-Mexico border to talk about immigration; I went to Budapest to understand what it’s like to be part of the LGBT community in a country that is a symbol of the global far right. So, as always, with lightness, with humanity. I always learning more than teaching; listening more than talking,” she said.
Pedro said he was “enthusiastic” for the premiere and told details about the first episode of the season, which has as its theme prison communities around the world.
“Oddly enough, the United States has less than 5% of the global population, but more than a quarter of the world’s prison community. And Brazil is in third place on this list. [de maiores comunidades carcerárias]🇧🇷 So, I spent a few days in one of the most famous prisons in the world, which tries to rehabilitate people, rather than just punish,” he says.
