Pending Home Sales in the US they rose 7.5% on a monthly basis in October after falling 2.3% in September, data released by the National Association of US Realtors on Monday showed. That sent the pending home sales index up to 125.2 in October from 116.5 in September.
On a year-over-year basis, sales were down 1.4% in October as the Pending Home Sales Index in October 2020 scored 127.0.

The US dollar has not reacted to the latest US housing figures. The DXY continues to rise as traders continue to relax from last Friday’s steep decline. Currently, the index is trading just below 96.40.
