It is a 5-nanometer single-chip system containing 15 billion transistors. The CPU is represented by 2 high-performance cores and 4 energy-efficient ones. In terms of the CPU, the A15 Bionic is faster than any platform used in Android smartphones. The SoC also includes a 4-core graphics processor and a 16-core neural processor.
iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini have improved cameras. They still use 12-megapixel sensors, but the main sensor is completely new – the largest ever used in an Apple smartphone, with 1.7μm pixels (it captures 47% more light than its predecessor). The ultra wide-angle camera module is also better. But the most important innovation is the stabilization system: Sensor Shift, previously used only in the iPhone 12 Pro Max, is now also in the iPhone 13, and even in the smallest iPhone 13 mini.

The price has already been announced: the iPhone 13 mini starts at $ 700, the base iPhone 13 is $ 100 more expensive.
