Petrobras announced this Wednesday (6th) an offer to repurchase global bonds, through its subsidiary Petrobras Global Finance (PGF), of up to US$ 1.5 billion.
The company’s bonds have been segregated into two groups, with PGF spending up to US$750 million per group.
The amounts to be paid to investors who deliver securities will be the prices equivalent to the rate of return (yield), formed by the defined increase (spread) plus the US treasury rate for US dollar-denominated securities, at the treasury rate UK for sterling bonds and the mid-market swap rate for euro bonds.
The repurchase offer will expire on July 12 and will be conducted by BofA Securities, Banco Bradesco BBI, Credit Agricole Securities (USA), Deutsche Bank Securities, JP Morgan Securities LLC and SMBC Nikko Securities Americas.
