THE Petrobras this Wednesday (20th) another round of payment of dividends to the company’s shareholders.
The company pays BRL 1.85 per outstanding common and preferred share for those who were in the shareholding base until May 23. In all, R$ 24.2 billion will be paid.
The remuneration follows on from the announcements of May 5th and June 20th of this year. This is the payment of the second installment of dividends to shareholders, based on the approval of the distribution of profits by the Board of Directors on May 5th.
In all, R$ 48.5 billion will be paid. The initial half, referring to the first installment, was paid on the previous June 20th.
“All shareholders whose registration is duly updated will have their rights automatically credited to their bank accounts on today’s date. For shareholders with shares held in custody at B3, payment will be made through their respective brokerages.
